Eligibility
Who is eligible for WIC:
- Resident of Wisconsin
- Pregnant women
- Non-Breastfeeding women with a baby up to 6 months old
- Breastfeeding mothers up to baby’s first birthday
- Infants
- Children up to the age of five
- Caregivers of children up to the age of five (Dads, foster parents, grandparents)
- Household income meets WIC guidelines
- Applicants can also check if they qualify by using the WIC Prescreening Tool.
