County Surveyor
The county surveyor executes all surveys required by the county or court, maintains the original government corners of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS), and oversees review of certified survey maps for compliance with Stat. 236.34. Survey records for the county are collected, indexed, and made available to the public through this office. The county surveyor also serves as Barron County's Land Information Officer.
