The West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission has completed the Comprehensive Plan that incorporates the comprehensive plans for the counties of Barron, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau, Claire, Polk, and St. Croix.  It was adopted on September 9, 2010 and the plan along with supporting documents can be found here: WCWRPC Regional Comp Plan
