Public Involvement Meeting 16th Avenue Over Moose Ear Creek

The purpose of the project is to maintain and improve the stream crossing along 16th Avenue. Replacing the structure is the proposed solution. The structure will be replaced with a new, modern structure that satisfies structural loading, hydraulic capacity, and clear width according to state statutes and FHWA requirements.
